Cons: The rental car company's name was not on the shuttle bus at the airport. I waited about 20 minutes, tried calling several times (no answer) so I finally had to take a Lyft for $12 to get there before they closed. I asked if their shuttle had stopped running and she told me no. Well, I never saw one... "Oh they say Love Connection on them." That is not the name of the company so how on earth would I ever know to get on that shuttle? They certainly never told me that.
